You are satisfied when a customer really has no questions. This means that the customer has been well informed prior to the sale, and throughout the installation. It is important to be well informed with the customer. They are the ones who bought the solar panel system and it is our duty to keep them informed and educate them.

On this visit, we made the welcome presentation to the customer, and the system was put into monitoring. Everything was working very well. The customer did not have any questions. The customer was informed that if one day he has a doubt or question he can call me. Within a week after the visit, I call the customer to follow up with them again to make sure that everything is still working well with the system, that they have no additional questions, and that they have switched to a provider that has an electricity plan for people who have solar panels.
